Putting nutrition to work for you is more than academic! A healthy eating pattern is essential for everyone's short-term and long-term health. For students, good nutrition is essential in helping to maximize academic performance, athletic ability, and psychological/physical well-being. Together with other nutritionists at Cornell Health who specialize in eating problems, I provide individual nutrition counseling for students with wide-ranging concerns about their health. I also provide consultation and workshops on nutrition for the Cornell community. My own experience as a student here at Cornell informs the work I do with current students who want to improve their nutrition and lifestyle on campus and beyond.
