Sexual Harassment & Assault—Response & Education

At Cornell, the acronym SHARE has long stood for “Sexual Harassment & Assault—Response & Education." The SHARE website is Cornell's comprehensive online resource to address topics related to sexual violence, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and other forms of abuse. Similarly, the SHARE Office within the Skorton Center for Health Initiatives provides key services, training and education, advocacy and support for victims/survivors.

Services:

Our SHARE Office...

  • Manages the Victim Advocacy Program, which provides sexual violence and related misconduct support services for students, staff, and faculty
  • Supports sexual violence prevention initiatives (education, training, institutional leadership) for the Cornell community
  • Serves as a touchpoint for the multi-faceted concerns that continue to require a comprehensive public health approach for prevention and response
  • Contributes to a campus climate of health and well-being
