Cory Myler

Prior to joining Cornell Health, Cory attended both undergraduate and graduate school at Utah State University and completed an APA-accredited internship at the State University Center at Buffalo. He worked at the college counseling centers at both universities, conducting intakes, individual, couple's and group counseling.

Cory has significant interest in and experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); he has conducted research regarding the relationship between sexual orientation and religiosity and has developed and led an ACT group for individuals experiencing distress as a result of conflict between their sexuality and religious beliefs or background.
