Kristin Baker
Psychiatry Nurse Manager
Kristin joined the CAPS team in February 2021. Before coming to Cornell, she worked in inpatient mental health as an adolescent unit charge nurse, adult unit staff nurse, and ER psych evaluator.
She enjoys helping students navigate their mental health and empowering them for health success in the future. She works with the understanding that many of those with marginalized identities have been previously traumatized in the healthcare system and strives to prevent that from happening here at Cornell Health.
She comes from a multicultural background -- with one parent being US born and the other indigenous South American. In her free time, she likes spending time with her partner, watching her precocious twin nieces grow, dancing, and any and all forms of puzzles.
