Professional interests: Stephanie is interested in college student health, especially health and wellness in general. She is particularly interested in how nature and mindfulness practices impact well-being and physical health. Stephanie is a trained Forest Therapy Guide through the Kripalu Institute. She is hoping to work with Cornell students to encourage spending time in nature as part of their wellness plan.
