Having lived as an international student, she brings a global and multicultural perspective to her work, grounded in evidence base research, empathy and lived experience.
Elizabeth's approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She works from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and multicultural lens that honors clients’ unique worldviews and resilience. She believes that healing begins in connection with ourselves, our communities, and our stories. Together, you and Elizabeth will explore your strengths, values, and goals to foster meaningful change and support your journey toward wellness and wholeness.
