Professional interests:

Elizabeth is a compassionate and nonjudgmental Mental Health Clinician who supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, academic burnout, and experiences of displacement and intergenerational trauma. Having lived as an international student herself, she brings a global and multicultural perspective grounded in evidence-based practice, empathy, and lived experience.

Her approach is collaborative and strength-based, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and DBT. She works from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and multicultural lens that honors each client’s unique experiences, values, and resilience.

Elizabeth is also a member of Cornell Health’s Collaborative Health and Eating Program (CHEP), a multidisciplinary team of medical, nursing, nutrition, psychiatry, and counseling providers who collaborate to support students experiencing disordered eating and related concerns

Personal interests:

When Elizabeth is not working, she enjoys volunteering or fundraising for a great cause. She’s an avid reader of compelling nonfiction, and you’ll often find her tuned into American football or catching the latest Premier League or Bundesliga match. She also enjoys working on her podcast, traveling, hiking through the outdoors, and cooking up a delicious meal with her collective.
