Molly is passionate about supporting university students as they navigate the excitement and challenges of being on their own for the first time. Her previous field placement with college students strengthened her commitment to helping young adults explore their identities, build confidence, and overcome obstacles during this meaningful period of self‑discovery. In addition to her work in higher education, she has experience and interest in healthcare settings, with a particular focus on reproductive and sexual health. Across all her roles, she strives to create a welcoming, non‑judgmental space where people feel comfortable asking questions, sharing experiences, and learning.

Personal interests:

Molly grew up in Brooklyn, NY and has called the Southern Tier home for the past decade, often traveling back to the city to spend time with family and friends. She enjoys ceramics and pottery and takes classes whenever she can, and also loves reading, being outdoors, and unwinding with her favorite comfort shows—no matter how many times she’s watched them.
