24/7 phone consultation (for medical / mental health concerns)

Students who need guidance or advice about a physical, mental health, or alcohol/other drug-related concern can call us 24/7 to speak with a medical or mental health care provider: 607-255-5155.

Appointments

  • To schedule an appointment: Most appointments can be scheduled by logging in to myCornellHealth using your CU NetID and password. Appointments can also be made by calling us (607-255-5155) or coming in to Cornell Health during business hours. Visit our Appointments page for details.
  • To cancel an appointment: Appointments can be cancelled by logging in to myCornellHealth and selecting "Appointments," or by calling us during business hours (607-255-5155).

Appointments cannot be scheduled or cancelled through our Contact Form.

New Student Health Requirements questions

Questions and messages about meeting your New Student Health Requirements should be sent to our Health Requirements office:

  • Log in to myCornellHealth using your Cornell NetID and password, and go to Messages > New Message > Send a message or attachment to Immunization Requirements.
  • You may also call our Health Requirements office at 607-255-4364 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time).
