Sheila Singh, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting college students' mental health and well-being. She now serves as the Program Director for Well-being Coaching at Cornell, where she leads efforts to promote student flourishing through collaborative, strengths-based support.
Throughout her career in college counseling centers (including 14 years at Cornell's CAPS), Sheila has been deeply committed to helping students navigate the challenges of young adulthood. Her clinical work has focused on understanding students in the context of their lived experiences and equipping them with practical strategies to support personal growth and resilience. She brings this same approach to her leadership of the Well-being Coaching Program and is excited about expanding access to holistic, student-centered care. Sheila is passionate about helping to create a campus culture that empowers all students to thrive.
